What is your turnaround time?
All Porter Lane Home items are made to order. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed. This can vary with holidays and large sales.

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation. If you did not receive this email you may have provided an inaccurate email address. Please verify all information BEFORE checking out including your shipping address. If we try to contact you and do not receive a response your order will be cancelled after 3 weeks.

Can you combine orders?
Due to high order volume, we are not able to combine orders at this time.

How will my package be shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update. PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase the First Class Mail option, once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Porter Lane Home LLC is no longer responsible for your package. If you select Priority or Priority Express, your package is insured and you can file a claim with the post office. For International orders, the buyer is responsible for any and all customs & duties incurred. 

How long will it take for my package to arrive once shipped?
First Class: Approx. 3-5 days for delivery (DOES NOT cover lost or stolen goods)
Priority / Priority Express: Takes Approx. 1-3 days for delivery.
Comes with insurance if your package is lost.
First Class International: Takes 15-30 days for delivery.
Once the package leaves the US, there is no way to track them.
Priority International: Takes 6-10 days for delivery. 
Once the package leaves the US, there is no way to track them.

How to file a claim with USPS?
To file a claim for your lost package, please visit https://www.usps.com/help/claim/htm and click on the domestic or international tab and follow the directions as needed.

What is my package is returned to Porter Lane Home LLC?
If your package is returned to us, there might have been an error with your shipping address. We are happy to resend your order, however, additional postage will need to be purchased.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. if you have a problem with your order please let us know and we will work together to solve it.
