|  Shipping + Production Team Member   |

Job Summary: The Shipping Team Member is responsible for preparing and packaging all our shipments for all of our of our wonderful wholesale and retail customers. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, growth-minded, and takes pride in what they do. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  •           Manage and pull ready-to-ship items
  •           Receive and stage made-to-order items from production staff
  •           Inspect all items for quality and accuracy
  •           Verify and package all orders using best packaging practices
  •           Ship completed and verified orders
  •           Maintain ready-to-ship inventory stock
  •           Manage custom label application
  •           Prepare and assemble products as needed
  •           Receive and store inbound products and supplies
  •           Organize and track supply inventory
  •           Maintain a clean work environment
  •           Perform other general duties as needed

Qualifications:

  •           Self-motivated, creative, organized, great attitude, reliable, and a keen attention to detail. 
  •           Strong multi-tasking and communication skills
  •           Comfortable working with your hands
  •           A good eye for level, center, straight
  •           Ability to work both individually and as a team
  •           Comfortable using computers and hardware
  •           Ability to work in fast paced environment
  •           Ability to stand for long periods of time
  •           Ability to occasionally lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)

    Hours:

    • 15-30 hours/week + seasonal increases to 30-40 hours/week

    |  Direct to Garment Printer Operator  |

    Job Summary: The DTG Printer Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining our DTG printing equipment to produce high-quality products. This role requires technical skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating custom designs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Set up and operate DTG printing machines and software.
    • Prepare and load various materials onto printer.
    • Ensure accurate color matching and print quality.
    • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the printing process.
    • Collaborate with the design team to ensure designs are printed accurately.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
    • Assist with inventory management and ordering of printing supplies.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards.
    • Perform other general duties as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience operating DTG printing equipment and software is preferred but not required.
    • Knowledge of garment printing techniques and color management.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Artistic, creative, and an eye for design.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
    • Problem-solving skills to identify and correct issues that may arise during the printing process.
    • Strong computer skills and understanding of precise measurements.
    • Ability to handle potentially heavy equipment or materials.
    • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
    • Good time management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Creative and able to suggest improvements to the printing process.

    Hours:

    • This role is currently part-time with expected hours of 20-24 per week with room to increase. There are also seasonal increases October-March.
